I always visit Bartaco whenever I am home. It’s become sort of a tradition with my advisory fam: Darren and JB. Well anyway last visit I realized something shocking… Bartaco doesn’t really have cheese. I love the setup of Bartaco and how the online menu is so easy to navigate. So I have clicked on every button just to make sure I’ve seen it all before ordering. I always order some tacos and a kid’s quesadilla. Once I realized they had a quesadilla I had to get it, and have continued to get it ever since. I realized it’s because it’s my cheese fix. Bartaco’s tacos don’t have cheese. Insanity! No queso and no cheese! To get my cheese fix in I have to order a quesadilla off the kid’s menu. I’m not a big cheese girl, you will never see me eating cheese alone, it always has to be in something or on something. A taco with no cheese doesn’t feel right but then thinking about the tacos I get there if they had cheese that wouldn’t feel right either. I don’t know how I feel about this. It’s very impressive that their tacos are so good without cheese.
