No one is saying it, so I will: Steve Carell is one of the most underrated actors of our generation. His range is crazy, yet he doesn’t get enough credit. Everyone knows him from The Office, so I think many can’t see him as other characters. But that goes for anyone—the first movie or TV show you saw them in kind of sticks. Or at least for me, they’re forever linked in my brain to their “first” character. But, Steve is much more.
You name it, he’s done it.
