This is one of the first questions I ask when I step off a plane and onto a foreign land. Do they have squirrels here? They’re everywhere in America. Sometimes it isn’t my first question, but after a few days, I realize I haven’t seen any squirrels here, where have the squirrels been? I’m currently in Bilbao, Spain, and have found myself asking where are the squirrels? Maybe I should make a map or a book of all the places where there are squirrels, the different kinds (like the fat squirrel of Utah), and a list of all the places that don’t have squirrels. It really makes me question them. Why are they in the United States?
